Fix .js Browser Compatibilty

I have a slideup script at http://tinyurl.com/yh9ldv6
If you view the page there, you will see that it should look fine in IE8 however it DOES NOT look good in IE7
I need someone to fix this and make it look the same. IT should be compatible with Firefox, Google Chrome, IE7 and IE8.
This script is part of an entire admin area and user area. You will need to look at the code to find out why the text is smaller in IE7 and fix it.
I need a expert in JS and PHP.
PS. I will hire someone right away, I need you to start working on this As Soon As Possible.
