Create Static Banner Ad

I need a static banner ad from these two documents. Size is 550 pixels x 90 pixels. The theme will come from the two rectangular images in Example111.jpg. Maybe you can rotate the two images. I can supply a photo of a house. But please recreate all other images, as possible.
