WordPress Real Estate Template

We are searching for a wordpress expert to clone the layout of an existing site into a wordpress install.
Requirements:
-Create wp template matching existing site
- Select, recommend, and install wordpress plugin for real estate functions. Something similar to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/great-real-estate/installation/
- Install google map plugin to allow for the creation of property maps
We can provide full ftp/db access as applicable. See attached doc for existing site url.
Must have wordpress experience and some messenger client for communication
