Website Header Very Simple Job

Hi
I am looking for a new header for a website the current header is 980 by 150 and features a picture of the planet bu showing primarily USA when we only operate in Scotland.
I am looking to retain a simple style but perhaps incorporating the Scottish Saltire flag instead of the earth image. The existing title and slogan words are text on top of image I do not want any text.
Simplest way is to go to http://CleanCareScotlsnd.com right click on header image and download file then modify that picture. I would be interested in your alternative ideas as well as price.
We have an existing logo appearing on that front page to right hand side of sidebar.
