Quick Logo Touchup

I already have my logo so NO Design.

I want you to make my current logo to have a glossy effect on the text and graphic like this example:

And I want my logo resized exactly to 345px x 65px and delivered crisp without rough areas in transparent format.

I know this is a piece of cake but I really suck with GIMP.
