Paint Shop – Resize 163 Images

I have 163 images which I plan to use on a website. They are of varying sizes, proportions and resolutions. I need them to be clipped, resized to 400×400 72dpi, and cleaned up where necessary.
I would also like to receive a copy of the files as thumbnail size.
