Filter Bounced Emails From Nl

I have an autoresponder and newsletter script. I need to add the ability to gather and remove bounced emails.
Please include what you will do in the PMB. Solutions to this can be very simple to extremely complex. I will choose a less expensive solution. I need something easy enough for any typical webmaster to understand and setup. Looking to choose a bid within 4 hours so bid now.
