Ebay Template

On the internet there are LOADS OF ebay templates , all of them are crap in my opinion.
We need a really good template for our ebay listing with the following features:
- A slick design , modern , technological.
- Place for images of the product and the details.
- Boxes on the side for Shipping Details , Return Policy , ect.
Must have textfields in the correct place so we can easily edit and upload.
Something like this :
