Cpanel: Fix Vhost Permission

Hello all,

I have transfer all account from a cpanel server to the new cpanel server.

Now in same account i see HTTP ERROR 403, Forbidden..
But the account is working fine, just vhost of Apache need to fix

Please i need to fix asap.
