Penny Auction Merged Site

I need an original penny auction site made with easy administrative use and almost like a swoopo clone but with dubli.com down bidding/secret pricing capability as well. Looking for this to be done within 2 weeks time so anyone whos already created a swoopo or similar site clone that could just make addition would be greatly appreciated. Would like to be able to adjust literally everything, timers, increments, bid prices, etc. Im sure all of thats already there on the swoopo clones and just want to make sure the site has the 2nd option. The auction seat style of junglecents.com is also of great interest to me but can wait if its a huge difference in development time.
