Javascript Date

I have a simple javascript for pulling two dates. One date is the 15th of current month, the second date is the 1st of next month. I am receiving an error that says “undefined” for the second date. I believe the script has a simple error in the code for the second date. Just need to have it fixed. Whoever can fix this immediately will get selected.
