Flash Video Player

I’m looking for someone to work with me to quickly implement a flash video player for my site (youtube like functionality), where I could feed it the name of the FLV that I would on the same site. Most of the footage we would show would be 16:9, but the size varies. Simple is ok, but need pause and full-screen as an option. We would be encoding the FLV using final cut pro and the h.264 codec.
