Cannot Access Joomla Admin

Up to yesterday I could login into the Joomla backend of the site I am working on, but now I can’t. I need a Joomla expert to get me in.
Here are a couple of things I tried:

Bypassing the password (http://jackbriner.com/jacksjots/2008/01/joomla-super-administrator-password.html)
If you have another solution and have done this before, please bid.
