Photojournalist Portfolio

I’m a photojournalist looking to upgrade my site from Pixelpost (http://www.pixelpost.org) to a WordPress-based solution.
I’m looking for a designer to install WordPress, customize it adequately to allow for the posting of a portfolio, gallery, essays, and blogs. The design will be similar to hosted portfolio solutions such as Qufoto and Livebooks.
I prefer that the designer/developer display some familiarity with portfolio websites and WordPress. Once this familiarity is shown to me, I’ll discuss further design details based upon industry standards.
