Flex Video Tool
Please replicate in FLEX this simple web application:

This Flex application should have the following features:
1. Play FLV video
2. Image Capture function
3. TileList, to display images, with ability to edit caption name and desiction
4. Print Function – Arrange images and their name and description as in example
In addition, I want the following changes to the original example:
1. User will BROWSE to the location of their own FLV video on their computer. This will then be played on the FLEX web player online. So instead of an flv being played from the server automatically, there will be a BROWSE button so the user can upload and watch their FLV.
2. Make the TileList separate and longer so it can be viewed and edited easier.
If you need clarification on the functions or technical needs, please PM me. I think with the example and the technical description provided in the link, this is a simple project for a FLEX developer.
