Efoundit Desktop Software
Very simple and quick job for the right programmer…
I am the owner of efoundit dot com and I am looking for a developer who can create a desktop version of my efoundit dot com Amazon Alerts website. The software will act just like the online version but be a desktop application.
The application will be able to search amazon stock and alert the user when their product comes into Amazon Stock. The software should have a way for the user to search amazon for products and drop my affiliate cookie for the sale.
Should work with amazon dot com, amazon dot ca, amazon dot de, amazon dot fr, and amazon dot co dot uk.
It would be really cool if there was a way for it to interact with their browser so if they’re on amazon site and they like an item that they could click a button and it would automatically begin watching that item and the user would be cookied so that when they buy the item I would get credit for the sale.
Everything they do must get them my affiliate cookie.
The notification will alert the user with a pop up window in the lower right hand corner of their screen with the amazon product and a button to order the product. It should sound an audible alert just like our site does and automatically open the users default browser with our affiliate id in place to get credit for the sale.
The software should minimize to their taskbar so that once they’re done inputting all their products they want to watch into the software it can be set and forgot about until the software alerts the user of their product ready to be bought.
I want social features like our site has so the user can share the software and the items in stock with their friends to make this go viral. Twitter, Facebook, Tell a friend, Favorite, StumbleUpon, Digg, Google just like our site has.
The software should have a way to automatically pull and store the ASIN from Amazon and store it in the software for checks.
You’re basically building a desktop version of our online system but it doesn’t need to connect to our site in any way. Should be a stand alone software. But you should visit our site and examine how it works to be familiar with it.
Can be coded in any language but prefer visual basic .net or any .net language.
