After Effects – Edit Video

I will send you three files:
1) My Logo I need put on this video
-> Video Tutorial how to do it (but Im not good at AE)
2) I will need the video to STOP after its does its thing with a reply button in the middle. (centered)
3) Text file for the slogon area you need to edit.
++ Who ever edits it, needs to:
Render it into FLV file for me and send me the file, as well as the edited version of this file.
I need this done today!
