Seo Report

Hi,
I have a new website, http://www.paintballskirmish.co.uk/venue/crawley/home.html which I need a good preliminary SEO report done.
The website is CMS controlled and being targeted at the following keywords: paintball, paintballing, surrey, sussex, kent.
It is new, less than 2 months old, though has a an old site with rank of 2 pointed at it via 301 re-direct. It has a built-in xml sitemap generator and is registered with google and the pages are indexing well.
I need to know if there are any inherent problems with code and suggestions on how to move forward – and awarding more seo work.
