Redesign My Website

Hello,
I am looking for someone to redesign my website in html/css. I like the color scheme, but would like to get an updated look. I would like it to be a liquid site (if that is the right term) where the site takes up the whole browser window.
Please bid on redesigning my site, and converting all the pages on the site to the new design using HTML /CSS. I plan on bringing a blog to the site so I will need a blank template page for that.
Current website is cfconcepts.com.
I will put money into scriptlance escrow after I select a programmer.
