Help Set Up Wp Membership Site

Need someone experienced to take me by the hand to set up WordPress membership site. I’m looking for a best solution based on free themes and plugins.
You will help me with:
- choosing and configuring template,
- setting up plugins and integrating with paypal,
- testing
I’d like the template to have a similar functionality as http://www.affilorama.com/introduction plus extra adsense sidebar.
You teach – I do. I’m not green but I’m confused by too much info online, so it would take me ages to figure it out on my own.
