Create WordPress Site Clone

I have a website that does very well for me but I want to turn it into a full WordPress site.
I want to turn this website into a WordPress site.

The bid should include taking all of the content from the old website and putting it into the new WordPress site.
I own www.TheMasterCleanse.com and this will become the main site instead of the re-direct.
I also have a list of plug-ins for the site, if you have any recommendations please let me know.
The Shopping Cart will stay the same.
If this goes well I have 4 other websites I would like to change to WordPress. The second project will be the http://therawfoodsite.com/ turned into a site about healthfood.
