Astro Empires Side Bar Gadget

I need a windows sidebar gadget for the website Astro Empires. You may need to create a FREE account on this site in order to understand my requirements. I would like to be able to use my login credentials to view bases one after the other. on these pages i would like to see the heading Construction, Production and Research and under those headings i would like to see the current action taking place, the number of queued up actions and the remaining time till that action is complete in the same format as the site. i would also like another page to show if there are any new inbox messages or board messages. i would like the information shown to be updated every minute. i will provide further details as necessary.
