After Effects Project

I need my After Effects Project to have my logo replaced in it, sound added (its in sync to the video) and have it stop at the end.
I will need it rendered to a very small format but 100% quality, maybe in flv.
I have a splash page I will need the splash page coded to fit on my website and have the video play in the box thats made for it.
I will also want the video edit sent to me as well as the rendered version.
