WordPress Ecommerce Plugin 3

I am using wordpress e-commerce plugin by www.instinct.co.nz and I’m having problems tweaking the shipping options. The shipping setup that comes with the plugin is pretty rigid and I just can’t customize it up to what I want.
This is the shipping structure I want:-
Singpost (For Local Singapore buyers only)
1. Normal Postage – S$0.50 base charge, individual items postage indicated under each product option
2. Registered Mail
