Webcam Surveillance On Mobile
am looking to develop a software application that enables the user to watch on his mobile phone and computer, audio and video captured by a video camera attached to the computer.
It should also work with all USB and Parallel Port cameras, Windows compatible Capture Devices and Frame grabbers, TV tuner cards and with Network IP Cameras.
My suggestion is that the system can have two components: a server component, which is installed on the desktop PC and which is responsible for video capture and streaming, and a client component, installed on the phone, responsible for video rendering. If you have alternate suggestions or added features, they will be most welcome for discussion.
The application needs to have ALL OR MOST OF THE FEATURES LISTED BELOW:
? When the program detects motion in the monitored area, it can sound an alarm, send SMS, e-mail captured images, start transmitting to mobile phone or record activity.

? Scheduled or continuous video recording.
? Zoom in/zoom out function, time and date stamp
? text captions, image overlays, and date/time stamps on each video frame.
? You can shrink, grow, and rotate captured images
? password protection of recorded files
? Stealth mode to make the program invisible
? control camera’s Pan, Tilt, and Zoom.
? Video can be recorded in AVI or MPEG formats.
