Seo For Dotnetnuke Site

Hello,
I need someone to optimize a DotNetNuke site for me (I can give you the site address in PM if you need). I will give you 12 keywords. I then need you to edit the existing site built on the DotNetNuke platform so that it will show:
1. Use static URLs (they’re currently dynamic).
2. Put the main kewyord in each page in <H1> tags
2. Add comments to images (alt tags)
