Re-brand My Wysiwyg Editor

Hi

I have a simple wysiwyg webdesign software that I need to rebrand with my own company details etc.. Here’s what I need to change:

1) change the title bar of the program window.
2) add our splash screen to the program start-up.
3) change the about us section in the help-tab inside the program.
4) change the program desktop icon

I do not have the source codes for the program, and I am not sure which language the program is written in (ie. c/c++ etc)

Therefore I need someone with experience in rebranding the software.
