Private Profile Database.

We need to build a website that has a private/secure user interface where members will be assigned member numbers and logins and the will have the capability to build profiles and the admin will have the ability to search the fields within those profiles.
Like facebook but targeted at executives.
The best example of what we are looking for is the private profiles that can be built on United Airlines for members.
