Minor Site Edits

This will be the fourth time I have tried to have the below items modified on my site. I need someone who can do it and do it correctly. I need this done within a 24 hr period so if you take this please be aware of this deadline.
I need the following updated on my domain, ASAP. My domain is www.derodesigns.net
1. Add a Green button to left Dero Designs I have source code
2. TEAM page change link to go to the contacts page
3. ABOUT page Center the Who we are column to look similar to the what we offer column
4. Also need a few RSS feed added to News page
