Traffic And Sales Increase

What I have: I run a recently created website that has training products (only a few, in dvd format)
What I want: I need huge increases to targeted traffic and increases in sales. I will share the site to any who is interested in the job.
I am not interested in seo only. I know it will help and I do want some, but I need more targeted marketing as well. Please tell me information you need from me to figure what you can do. I want to know what things you can do to increase traffic and get me more sales. Please let me know your price and time frame of getting things going.
