Simple Psd To Html

Hey SL,
I have a splash page that I need converted from psd to html. The only coding really needed will be the email submit and name form. This should be a very easy task as the splash page is very simple. I would prefer for the page to be ajax, but if not, we can talk about how it should preform. I look forward to working with you.
