Quick Php Query Editing

Hello, I have a working php report on a MySQL database. I need a few lines of the query edited to change the client’s data that appears on a report. I can describe in detail what needs to be edited.
I need someone who can do this right away and I am online, and can be to chat and test the results. The file that needs to be changed is attached. There is a billing report form and the file that needs to be edited is called ‘class.avail.php’. Thank you.
