Paypal Ipn Delivery Script

I have a paypal digital delivery script, but i have not use it for years and it is not working with my recent test on ebay sale.
the script is eliteweaver.co.uk, and i own a reseller license of it.
i need a quick fix to ensure the script working to send product link to paid customer, it should work with my ebay sales (it previously work on 2005, i dont know what is wrong now, as i have move to few servers these years)
