Flash Widget

I need to have a swf file reverse engineered from the widget it is now and made into one I can place on my website. The URL of the widget is here http://dingorex.xanga.com/686637922/benadryl%C2%AE-pollen-alert-widget/
I want to remove any advertising (Benadryl ads) in the widget and I don’t need the ability to “peel back” the upper right hand corner for another ad. I still need the functionality and ability to put in the zip code info. When you are done I would like the file as fla (Flash 
and swf so I can edit any images placed into the file.
Also I would like the widget sized down to about 60% of the size it is now.
