Css Xhtml Jquery Guru Needed.

I need a clone of the GUI of groove shark.com, but made with valid XHTML, CSS, Javascript (please use extjs, yui, jquery for the effects! or even jqueryUI (!)).
I would need the screens attached and more.
A real gui clone. For each page result must be a new .html.
All of the GUI must work in the browser, drag&drop of songs to the playlist at the bottom, hovering over buttons, texts, rows, links – resizing divs and frames, auto-scaling search-field, transparencies, pull-down menus, ALL and EVERYTHING. So you will have no chance but to use extjs, yui, jquery (or even jquery UI). Please tell me which library you want to use.
This job is urgent.
