Amember Expert For Site Move 2

We need an expert with the amember (www.amember.com) software. I have unsuccessfully tried to trasnfer a live site using this software to a new server in the past, but is has to be done now.
Candidate Should have extensive knowledge in:
Server/data mitigation
Mysql
PHP
amember pro
phpbb
The website is live, must retain all data and must work flawlessly on the new server as it does now.
In the past, I moved the mysql database, and the files and yet the mission critical email sequences and member features were not functioning. So I need a expert.
