Additions To Oscommerce

Ok I need a quote for 3 additions to the oscommerce software.
1) I need to add a payment gateway using MerchantOne (merchantone.com)
2) Need to add a UPS Shipping module to calculate shipping prices
3) Upon a successful order I need the software to send data to the order fulfillment warehouse. They have an API setup and I just need it programmed in. I have attached a PDF with the specifics from them. There are 3 items in the PDF but we only need the one titled Submit Order (PLSubmitOrder).
