We need a form script created for our website, such that the user inputs information (two text inputs, one of two radio buttons, two checkboxes, and one text input – see attached image) and clicks “submit”, which should send us an email with the user’s supplied inputs.

This html should fit smoothly into our very simple template, which will be supplied as well.

The form should also:

(1) Validate two of the three text inputs to make sure there is are entries for both. (And if not, form displays red asterisk by the field)

I have already a dhtml popup that slides nicely onto my page after a 2 second delay. It is available on every page on my website, but it is set in a session cookie to only appear once per user visit.

However, if I go to a 2nd page, the timer is reset to 2 seconds again.
If I got a 3rd page, it is reset again, and so on.

What I need is to create a script that lets the user go to as many pages as they want for 3 minutes, then the dhtml popup appears.

And it only appears once per user visit.

I need 3 following scripts created for MetaTrader 4 , no bugs or errors. Delivered Scripts need to be fully working, perfectly and fast executing.

First script: opens a buy and sell simultaneous position (hedge) at any pair I choose or drop the script on chart.

Second script: Automatically places a hard stop loss to -5 pips to any chart I drop it on to put stop loss on order that is already active but does not have a stop loss in place.

Third Script: When I drop it on chart it needs to : Open a hedge order (buy & sell at exact same time), it waits until the negative position reaches -11 pips and once the negative position is at -11 pips, the script must close the losing position immediately but leave the winning position open and immediately put a hard stop loss on winning position of -5 pips total.

That’s all. These must be scripts and the code must be clean, bug-free, and work fast!

There are 16 additional themes in my WordPress blog that are having differences in look between the FireFox browser and the IE6 browser.

Mostly, the differences lie in the top menu bar portion, and sometimes ,to a small extent, also on the blog post portion where some lines are longer than usual, for instance.
