This time i need a simple basic ecommerce website.
I will provide the PSD and Design template.
And all you have to do is to make the site fully working with two payment gateways installed.paypal and google check out.
Please have a look into the attached design.
The admin should be able to do the basic shopping cart site functionalities and should be able to manage the content like totblog etc in the design.
You can have a better understanding about what i am talking once after you look into the design.

My maximum budget is $200 as i had spend $100 for the design template in scriptlance only.
So Prefer those who bids low and those who doesnt have feedbacks.

We sell a few products that PayPal do not want us to. They are classed as High Risk electrical goods.

I want to setup a new site that will contain none High Risk products. Other stores that I have will use that domain/site to process payment.

eg:
www.samplestore.com has the allowed products.
www.sampleshop.com and other stores will be the selling store but it will look as if the customer has purchased from www.samplestore.com when PayPal want to check.

PayPal has already closed one of our accounts and this I feel is the only way forward with a new PayPal account.

3) The links should read: home (dot) portfolio (dot, as in a bullet point not a period) the goods (dot) contact. “portfolio”, when hovered on, will open to SENIOR ONE, SENIOR TWO… etc. “the goods” (when hovered on -will open to) ABOUT ME, PACKAGES.

5) Don’t put TYRABLEEK on the side, that is where I would like the links for the “blog (dot) print it” to go.

7) When you click on the links for the portfolio, I don’t want little icons of the photos (the reel) to appear at the bottom.
