I need to add a second shopping cart for product samples, customers need to be able to click a button that is right below “add to interest list” and it will be labeled “add to sample cart”. i have the store currently setup so that the customer submits their order without having to pay and that order total goes to my clients email. i need the customer to be able to pay for the samples that they choose as the shipping for samples (since samples are small) will be regular ups. The actual orders themselves are shipped in cargo crates in large amounts overseas so the shipping calculation is done manually after the user submits their “interest list”

the customer will pay total “1″ (above) then and there via credit card on the site. the customer will not pay total “2″ (above) , at least not through the site. the order for total “2″ will be put into pending status in the backend for us to review and we will contact the customer for payment when we can.
the total “2″ will usually be such a high number that most people would not be paying through a web based interface anyways, its the type of business where the customers need to speak with us in order to feel comfortable with dishing out that kind of money.

We are looking to build a new website proposing 2-sided debates, little bit like Create Debate but not the exact clone of it, just inspired by some functions and some graphical stats for votes but not necessarily all of them. Only 2-sided debates and votings, no contests, no debate communities; just all tools we need to build an online community around debating and voting but with an advanced system of voting, scoring and rewarding depending of each one’s participation in proposed debates.

The graphical chart should be similar to our existing website so we will supply some exact colours and some elements like menu design or buttons, then the pure design work should be limited to the creation of the main logo and some graphical elements necessary for voting process etc.

Everything should be coded in PHP5 using MySQL and Javascript or Ajax when necessary to create some voting results, for graphical stats and meters Google Chart API could be used until you have better solution; the charset to be used should be UTF-8. Smarty templates could be also used until you have better solution, otherwise the use of CSS is the must as well as some obvious SEO requirements like url or each title rewritings accordingly to the main subject of each debate or voting.

As this website is not going to be runned in English, we don’t care about any content redaction or descriptions but we need to use a separate language file for all messages, registration instructions and menu or fonctions labels in view to be able to switch to any language very smoothly without reviewing each line of code later.

This project should be developed first as an independent website for possible further standalone use but after completion we will ask you to setup it as an additional module of our existing website.
