We need a modification to our already installed CMS as per attached file/mockup.

1- increase the overall width from the existing 900px to 950px
2- add a static banner (478x60px) at the header
3- make an additional right column with the same width as the existing right one.(reduce content are width whatever the balance)
4- at the moment the code allows the creation of menus on the left side only and it needs to be changed (at an existing dropdown box) to allow at both sides.
5- incorporate the new banner feature into the existing admin so a banner can be uploaded and to be displayed at the shown position.
6- increase the footer to 80px high
7- update CSS file to suit new modifications

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop an Active Directory Password Sychronization service. The service will look for password changes in the local Active Directory and synchronize those passwords to another directory. The interface for getting the passwords into the target directory has for the most part been developed, so the biggest part of this project will be looking for password changes and then extracting the password from the Source Active Directory.
I don’t know the best way to programmatically go about this. I know that Microsoft makes a Password Change Notification Service:
