This job is in two parts and for two different ebook projects.
Part 1 is to get the ebook cover and interior formatting completed.
Part 2 is to convert/adapt the same cover of the books for the CD version(round label plus square box cover).

I am looking for a basic template to the programing website i am taking up. I have attached the excel file which shows the layout. There are two sheets in the excel file one for home page and one for “lands for sale”. There are 9 violet boxes in home page, those are
image place holders for which links and images will be provided later.
On the top on both pages, there will be a logo banner for which i have put up some junk image as of now.

It is also fine if u can extract a template from joomla or wordpress but at the end, it should be a simple webpage (no PHP involved any where at the end). For example u can design the webpage using wordpress and at the end use “File -> Save As” so that you get only html at the end.
“Lands for sale” page should have some dynamic fade in/out animations. it should be loading different “<div>” tag for different group selected. Again just put few different words in different <div> so that i can see the effect of fade in/out.

Any where dont worry about database or PHP. I am just looking for a sort of template. a really good one.

i have put orange black combination in excel sheet. i believe orange and white will also be better. or if you come up with a some other good combination, u can go for it. more about this can be discussed when the project starts.

It is enough if u just put some random static number at the place where it shows visitor counter etc. (it will be taken care in PHP when the website goes live and is not in the scope of this project).

Item Cells may have link to specification sheets and web links, scanned documents etc, notes. Safety error proofing at many places cautioning with pop ups and or restricting illegal entries will be there to add. It may be hard to explain all in advance but may be flexible enough to accommodate.

When the customer goes to the product info page they can select this option on the left side and the plain blank colored shirt will be centered on the page. It should switch the shirt color without refreshing the page. In addition, the main product artwork image that has been assigned to the product should automatically be centered in the middle of whatever the color shirt the customer chooses. An extra field will need to be made for the product where you can assign a default shirt color to be displayed before the customer selects a choice.

My site has a referral program. I would like it setup that if I delete an account from the site (for spamming or whatever purposes) that if you try visiting their referral link after their account has been deleted, the link will no longer work and tell you that account has been deleted.

Right now if I delete an account from the site but you still find access to their referral link it will just go to the site like normal. I do not want this.
