Zencart Product Page Layout

I have applied a theme to the zencart installation that I have put need the layout of the product pages to be in a certain way, especially when it comes to the select boxes and options.
Most of the layout that I want, I can do through the management portal, but can’t work out how to change where the size, colour options are located. Also want to change the location of the ‘Add to wish list’ and ‘Tell a friend ….’ links are located.
I am thinking this is an easy change for someone that has the knowledge of Zencart. Have uploaded a couple of images to help work out what I am talking about.
productPageNow = how the product page is looking at the moment
productPageNew = an idea of what I want it to look like.
