WordPress & Html Troubleshoot

Need to have someone look at a wesbite that I created using Frontpage and Dreamweaver. I then embedded it into a WordPress blog.
I used a WordPress template that has a header and footer. After uploading the html code, the footer was out of whack so I changed the pixel setting on the footer to straighten the home page. unfortunately this causes all the other pages to be out of whack. I will direct you to the website where you can look at the code and troubleshoot for me. I don’t want to have any downtime on the site.
An experienced website developer should be able to fix this in five or 10 minutes. Easy job.
