Vbulletin Designer

I have vbulletin software as my website. If you look at my website I have a nice header image and thats about it. Think the overall look of my site looks very cheap. I am looking for someone to redesign the overall look of my website. I am wanting a new navigation bar menu installed on it, colors of the website that go with the header image of my website, maybe a nice background to fit all the white space. Also the homepage I want to change the overall layout of how it looks. It looks very “blocky” and not too much to the site.
