Set Up Wp125 Ad Blocks

I need someone with experience with wordpress to adjust the wp125 125×125 plugin widget so that the ads are in two rows. When I installed it the ads are in a long rows, not two across, with two under it. I want to run 6 block with 2 in each row with three tiers of ads. I am not sure if my template needs to be adjusted or not.
