Ray Media Server Installation

I currently have a site with dolphin boonex v6.1.6 installed and running , i am having problems with the chat feature on the site in that it cannot run webcams i believe this is because that version cannot connect to the standard RMS or its been removed from RAY, i have my own vps server and want to get this chat/webcam software working correctly …….. below is a link to whats needed to get this to work http://www.boonex.com/trac/ray/wiki/RayServerInstall looking for a developer who can do this quickly and cheaply with experience of doing this type of work, full cpanel and apache access will be given
