Need Pic Scroller On Site

Ok I currently have 2 cloned sites that has a total admin section for each site (cloned sites) 3 links have picture scrollers that I do not like, they must be a better way to show these pictures, currently they are scrolling to fast and doesnt stop when the curser is over it. Very simple job for the right person. Take a look at the attachment for the url and you will also see that a scroller is there on these 3 pages, past projects, house for sale and rental properties, but I want a better scroller, I have 2 examples and even files you can access to get the one I want. Very simple job for the right person
