Can you work with Word Press? Load it, customize it. Create a banner “header” and “footer”, and
1. Add RSS function
2. Add LINK Buttons to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Let me know if you can, what you would charge and how many days you would need to do this.
I will provide the hosting account. The pictures for you to use to create the banner “header” etc.
Your references and ability to communicate in english are important.
