Move Os Commerce

Hi , my client http://www.tdmtech.co.nz needs the oscommerce module moved to a sub directory eg : http://www.tdmtech.co.nz/shop/ rather then having it on the home page.
also needs easy populate installed and working so they can upload .csv file
( Easy Populate lets you download all your products into a csv file, edit them in the spreadsheet of your choice, and the reupload them to update your products, changing prices, categories, quantities, etc. )
I need this done ASAP, the choosen developer for this will get more projects from me.
